It is the Artist's responsibility to package the product so that it is suitable for delivery.
The Buyer will be responsible for all costs regarding postage and delivery.
For fragile items, the parties shall agree on the proposed transport and handling options.
The item should be readied for transport in a timely manner.
The Buyer may request QOIN Art offices in New Zealand to take delivery
of an Item for holding and future dispatch.
The Buyer may instruct their preferred delivery service, which will the Artist agrees to abide to.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Goods cannot be exchanged as they are original works.
And there is no refund available after payments have been processed.
The caveat is in the instance a buyer purchased the wrong item, however they must advise QOIN Art prior to the dispatching of the item.
In the event the Artist sends the wrong item, they will be responsible for charges associated with replacing the wrong item with the correct item.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay for any insurance they may desire.
